Description

Santa Marija Caves are situated at the north-east corner of Comino island. It's the most popular and most beautiful cave system in Malta. Lot of options to swim through form one cave to another from easy ones to long and (mostly mentally) tough ones. The bay where the boat is anchored is full of fish which like to be fed. However, feeding is not recommended as there are many boats coming and id everyone fed them, they would be overfed.

Note

This site is a boat dive. Some of the caves are very tricky and it might be easy to get lost there. Hence it's highly recommended to have a guide with you. Even though you can see the light at the end of the tunnel, be very careful. It might be (and probably will be) much longer than appears. Do not enter the caves on your own unless you know them. Especially if you can't see the end!
