Description

Probably the best dive site of whole Malta. The 52 m long wreck of the patrol boat P-31 is resting in a crystal clear water on the sandy bottom at 18 m, top of the wreck is at 10 m. This makes it tho most accessible wreck of the whole archipelago. It was scuttled for divers so there are no windows nor doors and the wreck is relatively safe. We can dive the wreck from bow to stern, however there are many entrances/exits which are easy dives.

This site is a boat dive. Since this is the most popular dive site in the islands, you will share it with lot of scuba divers. And it is located right next to the most popular touristic destination of the archipelago. We need to be extra vigilant pay a special attention to boats on the surface. The traffic can be really busy here. Both underwater and at the surface. Take it into account when providing safety as you might loose visuals with your buddy due to bubbles.​
