BASIC FREEDIVING
Don't you have enough time to take full Level 1 Freediving course but you still want to gain the whole new underwater experience and learn the basic knowledge about freediving? Then this is your choice, no matter what diving background you have.

Breathing session - breathing techniques, relaxation
Dealing with the water pressure - why we need to equalize and basic equalization techniques
Basic safety - buddy system, fundamental safety techniques
Diving technique - duck dive, finning

2 DIVING SESSIONS
LEVEL 1 FREEDIVING
SSI Level 1 Freediving course is where the real freediving begins. This course will take you to the max depth of 20 m and turns you into a fully competent freediver. Through 2 confined water and 4 open water sessions you gain a foundation of knowledge, good technique and safety so that you can buddy and provide safety to other freedivers on the same or higher level. Next step after Basic Freediving

Dealing with the water pressure - why we need to equalize and equalization techniques (Valsalva maneuver)
Safety - buddy system, safety techniques and procedures
Diving technique - duck dive, finning, stream lining, free falling

LEVEL 2 FREEDIVING
Are you already certified SSI Level 1 Freediver (or equivalent) longing for taking your skills to another level and discovering new depths? Then this is what you are looking for. The course is focused on improving of relaxation and breath hold, free fall deeper equalization and refining your diving technique, taking you to the max depth of 30 m.

Theory - advanced equipment, physiology, safety, environment, advanced training,
Breathing session - advanced breathing techniques, relaxation, stretching, flexibility training
Dealing with the water pressure - deep equalization techniques (Frentzel maneuver)
Safety - buddy system, safety techniques and procedures
Diving technique - refining of finning, FIM, stream lining, free fall
