Terms and Conditions for Deep Passion Freediving

 

Welcome to Deep Passion Freediving school! I am excited to teach you the art of freediving and help you start discovering the ocean, depth and yourself. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in my courses. By enrolling in my courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment
   To enroll in my courses and tours, you must be at least 16 years old (if not stated otherwise in the course description) and be in good physical health. I reserve the right to refuse enrollment to anyone who I believe is not physically fit for my courses.
    

2. Course fees
   All course fees are payable in advance. I accept payment in cash, by bank transfer, Revolut or PayPal. Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. 
    

3. Course schedules
   The date of the course together with its schedule will be discussed upon enrollment. I reserve the right to change the course schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a course schedule change, I will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates.
    

4. Course materials
   I will provide all course materials, including manuals and equipment, necessary for the course. You are responsible for taking care of all equipment provided to you during the course. Any lost or damaged equipment must be replaced or paid for by you.
    

5. Medical requirements
   Before enrolling in my courses, you must complete a medical declaration form and/or (in certain situations) undergo a medical check. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you must inform me before enrolling. In such instances you might be obliged to undergo the medical check. I reserve the right to refuse enrollment to anyone who I believe is not medically fit for my courses.
    

6. Safety regulations
   You must follow all safety regulations and instructions given by me or an assisting instructor during the course. Failure to do so may result in termination of the course without a refund.
    

7. Liability
   I am not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to property, or any other claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in my courses.
    

8. Intellectual property
   All intellectual property related to my courses, including but not limited to course materials, manuals, and instructional videos, are property of myself, SSI or Molchanovs. You may not copy, distribute or use any of this intellectual property without my written permission.
    

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by Maltese law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
