Dive with PASSION and get DEEP experience. My greatest reward is when you go deeper - both, into the sea and yourself - and when freediving becomes your passion. That's why DEEP PASSION FREEDIVING. I strongly believe that exploring our own (not only) aquatic potential is an integral part of freediving. Therefore I focus mainly on your feelings. Even though I live for the spirit of adventure, I always make sure that we stay safe. Because only then I can create and provide you with an experience of your lifetime.

Always been driven to the sea but only after studying ecology and long career as a broker and mortgage banker I fell in love with freediving. The passion was so strong that in 2016 I left "safe" job in the bank and everything behind and moved to the tiny piece of rock in the middle of western Mediterranean - Malta. With pool certification only, two back packs and one vision. Throughout the years I made it all the way up to freediving instructor and, still following that vision, founded DPF. If this is not passion then what is?

MY MISSION
Whether it is a basic course, advanced training or freediving expedition, I always strive to add something extra.
First of all, freediving must be fun. Although I am always up for an adventure, it doesn't mean I would forget about safety and conservation! I pay special attention to safety and I also incorporated environmental education into my teaching routine.
Fun. Safety. Sustainability. These are cornerstones of DEEP PASSION FREEDIVING. The mission is to enjoy freediving to it's fullest but in a safe way and with minimal impact on the environment so that we can preserve the underwater beauties of Malta & Gozo for future generation of freedivers.
THE STORY OF PASSION
"Although I’m coming from the middle of Europe and grew up in the middle of forests and mountains, I have always been attracted to the sea. I have been fascinated (just like many other people) by Jacques-Yves Cousteau’s movies and when I saw The Big Blue of Luc Besson, it left me standing still with my mouth wide open. I’ve been snorkeling every summer in the pond behind our house full of mud, cold water, with depth of 5 meters and zero visibility, dreaming of living by the sea. And I knew that one day, when I would grow up, I would live by the sea, diving in it all the time. I didn’t know where and when but it actually didn’t matter. I just knew I would. That was enough.
After two decades I took a pool freediving course and half a year later I resigned from my job (which I actually really loved), left everything behind and moved to Malta to pursue a new life as a freediver.
Since then I have been gaining experiences through out thousand of dives and dozens of additional courses, eventually became an instructor and dedicated my life to freediving. Still I can honestly say that with each dive I love freediving more and more and passing my knowledge and experience to others has become my passion."
